TERMS OF 25% OFF PROMO
The promotion “Switch and Save” requires a two year service agreement and is only valid for new Submerce Winery and Point of Sale Edition clients only. Additional services, customization or expansion modules are not included in this promotion and will be billed at normal rate(s). An early termination fee of $1999.00 will apply to any contract terminated for any reason before the completion of the term.
Notice of termination must be received in writing and signed by the authorized representative(s) on the original contract and sent via certified mail to Submerce, 700 Technology Way Napa, CA 94558 at least 60 days prior to the effective termination date. Client must pay all monthly fees through effective termination date. If the effective termination date falls after the 1st of any month the client will be responsible for the full month’s service fee. Submerce will provide confirmation of termination and will submit final invoice accordingly.
Payment of termination fees and monthly service charges must be received by Submerce on or before effective termination date. Payments received more than 15 days after the effective termination date will be subject to a late fee as defined in your contract.
Agreement to these Terms and Conditions does not in any way change or negate the effects of the standard Submerce Service Agreement. By selecting this promotional pricing and activating service you agree to these terms and conditions.
