To be qualified as a candidate, you must be mid-level administrative assistant that can support various people in the sales and production environments that will also demonstrate the passion to work in Word, Excel, Photoshop and our Submerce eBusiness application. You will also be a self-starter that requires minimal management. Knowledge of other design and eCommerce applications a plus.
Your daily job duties will include answering phones, data entry, customer support and word processing. Salary is based on job experience and skill sets.

Duties Include:
- Answer inbound support calls
- Assist development team with ongoing quality assurance
- Work with Submerce Development Team to maintain the Submerce User Manual
- Work with clients regarding UI and feature feedback for future releases and pilot programs
- Submit weekly summary report regarding customer support calls and feature requests
Skills Required:
- Strong customer service skills which includes the ability to multitask multiple projects at one time is mandatory
- Must possess friendly and knowledgeable customer service experience backed by strong written and verbal skills
- Have 3-5 years of experience Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) which includes concatenations, formatting and proficient with Find/Replace skills, Photoshop and working with online applications
- Motivated and excited to work along side some of the most, well-respected individuals in the industry.

The trend for our Submerce eBusiness platform has continued to grow at a record pace as more and more companies are discovering the benefits of our truly innovative web-based enterprise solution. So in order to meet the demand for our platform, we are looking for a diehard individual that is willing to eat and sleep the Submerce platform and have it become a part of their every day culture.
The successful candidate will have intermediate skills in HTML, CSS, javascript, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel and will dedicated to becoming well versed with the Submerce platform so that you can then provide support in both content migration from other systems as well as website design services that are second to none. We request that you have a minimum of 3-years demonstrated experience in website and graphic design and be a self-starter that is motivated to provide results that will maintain our reputation for having the best customer service.
Daily Duties Include:
- Assist client onboarding team with configuring and launching new installations.
- Be able to take directions from a Project Manager and be a self-starter.
- Assist all production and design teams in completing website design and content migration
- Work with Submerce software development to continue to keep it’s competitive advantage
- Work with clients regarding UI and feature feedback for future releases and pilot programs
- Submit weekly summary report regarding reported issues and comments
- Provide customer service both in pre-launch and post launch phases where needed
Skills Required:
- Strong customer service skills which includes the ability to multitask multiple projects at one time is mandatory
- Must possess strong written and verbal skills
- Have 3-5 years of experience with making purchases online, Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) which includes concatenations, formatting and proficient with Find/Replace skills.
- You should be able to convert existing customer data from other types of spreadsheets and formats and make the necessary changes in order to successfully move the data into the Submerce approved formats.
- Motivated and excited to work along side some of the most, well-respected individuals in the industry.

The successful candidate will have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and will be dedicated to becoming well versed with the Submerce platform as well as understanding of Photoshop and HTML. Since many of our new clients are migrating from other solutions, knowledge on how to migrate from other wine industry-related eCommerce platforms and POS systems is a plus.
We request that you have a minimum of 3-years demonstrated experience in project management with an emphasis in software applications and websites. You must be a self-starter that is motivated to provide results that will maintain our reputation for offering the best value for our customer in the short term and long term.
