Sparrow Lane Farms came to Submerce seeking a cost-effective and easy-to-use sales order management solution that would allow a mobile sales force to place and manage orders 24/7. This included properly configuring the base platform, customer backoffice training and importing of hundreds of products. In fact, within a couple of hours of launch, Sparrow Lane accepted it's first order from a new customer nearly 1500 miles away that found their products through an online search.
