Wine Club Referral Rewards Program
The Submerce Wine Club Membership Referral Engine for their Submerce™ eBusiness platform offers rewards to existing wine club members that refer their friends and family who becomes a member of your wine club.
The wine club member can enter up to 10 email addresses of friends, relatives, co-workers, or anyone they want to share information on how to become a member and direct them right to your website. The member can even enter their own message to share with all the recipients. By clicking submit, they’re done and through their online account on your website, they track their referrals all the way through the chain conversion.
The Submerce Refer-a-Friend module issues an email to each person on the list and let’s the person who referred their friends and family, real-time status of their referrals so they have instant feedback of their reward upon signup. Some of the great benefits to the Submerce Wine Club Membership Referral Rewards program automates the credit of customers’ accounts via a gift card or determine account credit. The credit can also be configured to automatically deliver the credit based on the number of days after the new wine club member has been active or number of days past their first shipment. Wine Club Retention Rewards Program
The Submerce Wine Club Shipment Rewards engine for their Submerce™ eBusiness platform allows wine club managers to reward club members based on how long they have been a continuous member which helps provide an incentive to customers by rewarding those that have been a member the longest with bigger rewards. Tied directly into the Submerce Wine Club Management system, the Submerce Shipment Incentive program automatically rewards a customer on an annual basis based on their longevity and number of shipments. With configurable settings such as reward amount, type and duration, Submerce keeps track of number of shipments, club member history and vacation status taking the complicated task of tracking all this data in a separate system or spreadsheet.
Once a member meets the criteria set, the admin can configure Submerce to automatically reward a customer either by an account credit or electronic gift cards which can be used online or a retail store. Additional Submerce Advanced Reports are included with the module which offers lists of customers who have been a member the longest, while tracking number of rewards that are outstanding. | |
